very well done. has a "German". I cut the rod because my Aperture was only 2 feet, and there was no problem. OK, my arm was tired because it was a thick pipe. ;) Installation was easy. the signs were not the best though. I would recommend buying some high-quality wood screws (3) and use those to fasten the door rollers. way easier.
